The service

CallMonica places automated voice calls on a schedule you define. It is a convenience reminder service.

Not for emergencies

CallMonica must not be used as a medical alert, fire, security or any other life-critical alerting system. Calls can fail for reasons outside our control, including carrier outages and network congestion.

Acceptable use

You may only schedule calls to numbers whose owner has agreed to receive them. Unsolicited commercial calling, debt collection, political campaigning and automated dialling of number ranges are prohibited and result in immediate closure without refund.

Fair use

Plan allowances are per account, not per user. Reselling capacity requires a written agreement.

Billing

Plans renew monthly and can be cancelled at any time, effective at the end of the paid period. Unused call allowance does not roll over or refund.

Liability

Our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the three months preceding a claim.
